Christa Welthagen is a registered Organisational Psychologist and HR executive with over 15 years' experience building people functions from the ground up. She founded WaveLength People Partners in 2023.
She believes HR should help a business grow, not just keep its paperwork in order, and she brings psychological expertise, business sense and a hands-on approach to make that happen.
Christa combines WaveLength with a senior people leadership role in the corporate sector, which keeps her thinking current and tested in practice, not just in theory.
She started WaveLength because most growing businesses don't need a full HR department. They need someone who's already solved the problem in front of them, and can build what's missing before it becomes a crisis. Her aim is simple: leave people and places better than she found them.
